Writers and Readers
Protecting the reader
and writer as well as maintaining the standard of the Journal, are the concerns
of a highly qualified scientific committee. It had established remarkable
requirements in that authors are, to some extent, confident about the
publication of their papers. This committee is aware of the rights of both the
authors and the readers of scientific publications. It has no mandate or
desires to dictate the writing style and manuscript content.
However, morally and
ethically, we do feel a sense of responsibility to resolutely guide authors in
their scientific manuscript preparation upon adherence to the proper format,
qualifications of participating authors, the quality and veracity of data,
relevance of illustrative materials and the substantiative presentation of a
new information to the scientific community.
As a writer, any
individual, or group of individuals, has the right to creatively design and
compose a literary piece for public application-be it factual or allegorical.
However, when clinical or laboratory science is involve, reporting the methods
and results of an investigation must ethically based on integrity and
authenticity. In this era of massive publication, readers of scientific
periodicals rightfully expect to receive current authoritative and accurate
information that can be simply employed in their respective profession.
